App wont let me link my debit card and wont let me use the camera to add check to my account its keeps closing on its own oddly

After landing in Toronto for a 2 month Canadian trip learned can not use Serve card at international ATMs. Also customer service is absolutely horrendous!!!!!

Adding Touch ID is good. Apple Pay should be next ASAP.

Not being able to use my Apple Watch with this card is a major let down. PLEASE update!

Great app if you arent planning to use the mobile check depositing feature. I tried to deposit a personal check into my account and was denied by a third party company called Certegy, and not supplied a reason as to why the check could not be deposited. Upon further investigation, I learned that Certegy is a crook check verification service that has been under much scrutiny for the past decade! They can deny checks for no real reason! I have had no problems with this app aside from Certegy denying all of my personal check deposit requests. Amex! Please stop using Certegy so that I can use the mobile depositing feature!!

App crashes every time you try to use photo capture for anything. Will not let you add a debit/credit card funding source. Resets touchID every couple logins so you must type password again. Also gives dead end redirection to "sign in" instead of completing action requested & check cashing is useless !!! Fix it ASAP Please!

Can you Please fix the system so that the Lyft drivers can do ExPress Pay, on the Express Pay platform. The benefit is the when you add your card number the funds can be added in seconds. As of right now it do not have the capability. Serve card is not with progressive time.

It used to work, but now the SERVE iPhone app wont let you respond with SEND to a request for money. You can only DECLINE. I have to use the browser.

Ive called, emailed and used twitter support. The card never came through.

I rate four stars based on my needs. I created a sub account. This I give 5 stars. I wanted a card my daughter could use and I could provide funding. This was a VERY SIMPLE PROCESS. The ease of use to transfer money from my account to sub account is just a swipe of the finger. You can set up a low balance alert that lets you know when funds drop below a certain dollar amount. To add funds to main account is fast and easy from your bank debit card. To transfer from bank account not using debit card takes a few days. Just a couple of downsides that would be nice to not have are: to add more then one bank funding source and debit card, to have a better warning when locking sub account. ( mine some how got locked by accident. Embarrassing for my daughter as card was declined). If these to concerns were addressed Id have to give a five star for my needs being met.

This app needs some updating as far as keeping up with other apps for other cards. Notifications of purchases, being able to link other accounts and transfer between them, being able to pay a bill without Constantly having to use the website to do so, etc..

This app has gotten real horrible. Have not been able to transfer any money to the card for my kids to use.

The app is very convenient...I barely go on the website. All of my transactions are done thru the app.

Every time I go to open this app it hardly EVER works. There is always an error code. The iPhone app really needs to be fixed of this problem bc its annoying to have to go online and fully login when you have the quick access app.

The two things this app is missing is real-time push notifications through mobile and/text Text is fine, but mobile notifications like other prepaid cards like Chime, Simple, and GoBank. Also, AMEX has got to get Serve on ApplePay. Chime and Simple Prepaid Cards beat you to it. Cmon AMEX Serve, catch up with the other banks and prepaid cards.

I love my serve card, I can use it almost anywhere and my direct deposit comes 3 days early!! Who doesnt love to have their money at their disposal? This app finally got Touch ID so no more having to type in my long password or answer a security question. Its super easy to pay bills. Customer service is also pretty good. Had this card and app since January and have yet to have a problem.
