May be more hassle than its worth

This card and app are a great idea, but the reality of trying to use them is not so good. Trying to add a check through the app is a total gamble, doesnt matter if its personal or business. They decline them left and right with no real explanation even when you call. Even if it is accepted, it takes close to ten days to be added to your balance. Dont use this service for any check youre counting on. This card is okay for funds you load at an actual location, but thats about it.

Great

I like using this are easy to reload. There are certain places I cannot use my card but I usually have a backup card. It have me wondering if thats a good idea because A child wouldnt be able to use it in case of emergencies. But thats not the reason for the rating I give it 5 stars

Great Service needs Touch ID

The flow of the app is fantastic. It would be even better with "Touch ID". Add that in the next update.

Perfect!!

I get my money two days early when I do direct deposit its a great feeling. People say the app doesnt work but it honestly does. I have yet to encounter any problem with the app at all and customer service works fine with me. I had to reorder my card the other day and it came in the mail within 5 days thank you very much American Express!!!

Error all the time

About 98% of the time I cant even log in because It constantly says security question answer is incorrect when I do it 90 times with the correct answer and then you can close the app completely and get right it. It is so beyond annoying Im about to just say forget the app!

There are some bugs with this version

Ive never written an App Store review before, but I find myself continually annoyed and frustrated by this apps latest version. Im hoping that someone actually reads these reviews and might actually do something to fix the problems Ive been having (I cant be the only one). I love my serve card, and have loved the app, up until this version. Half of the time the app immediately quits on me, and half the time it tries to make me answer my security question, but then wont accept the answer (even when the answer is correct). This didnt happen until the last update, and its not my phones fault (I have an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS). Hopefully they will fix these bugs and update the previously perfect app soon!!!

Works fine

Maybe add fingerprint logon for IOS would be a good add-on. Why when the app asks for challenge answer, it does not print the question?

Worst App Ever

App rarely work. Continues to crash as soon as it asks for password. If it does allow you to enter pw, you will then get an error message saying your security question answer is incorrect. If you exit app & go through process again, you stand a 70/30 chance of logging in successfully with 30% being the successful login rate! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!

Great App

I love the convenience of this app, I use my serve card for everything and my wife does as well, I have to travel a lot and I can send her money from anywhere in seconds. I had a problem once, where i tried to pay a bill but I had put in the wrong address. Customer service was able to help me in a professional manner and make things right quickly.

IN LOVE

This card is amazing!!! I have had no problems with app or customer service!! I never even have to call customer service. Easy to load with no charge for me. I live in Texas so that is a major benefit. A lot of places dont take American Express but I always have cash and plenty of atm everywhere.you can transfer money or send money with another serve account in seconds.. Love, love love !!!

Bad update

Since the update I havent been able to sign on my account and when I am I can send money idk but yu guys def have to fix asap

Amex to Amtrax

It crashes before you begin. Cant get passed the login screen and then it simply disappears. A complete waste of time.

Application collapses

I havent been able to use this application, it collapses after I enter my password and try to log in

Needs to be updated

The security question screen keeps popping up even tho I saved my phone. When it does this on the 6, I type in the correct answer and it freezes the app. I need to login for a second time and then it works. Other than that awesome app and service

Automatic crash on Start Up

Please fix this as soon as possible with this update.

Experience so far ...

March 07, 2016 Brand new customer, and been a poor experience so far. 1) NO WAY TO CHAT OR EMAIL customer service. 2) 99% of the randomly generated phone calls are randomly serviced by a Manilla call center. Request for state-side support are denied. 3) While pretty sure I know the credentials to sign in, not working so go through the reset process. Reset accepts the password etc, but process eventually says something went wrong, try again. Rinse and repeat. 4) Wasted hours of life in the most basic of account setup/management. Still searching for us state side support number or email address. Anyone able to help? 5) Customer experience to date has been dismal. While we are pretty much at the bottom of the barrel and one would think it can only get better - American Express has made a pretty statement when the only way to communicate is through a tiring phone tree stuck in Manilla.

Needs improvement

1. Quick balance doesnt work at all. 2. Every time I have to put in the answer to my secret question it tells me Im wrong but Im not

Worst app ever.

Just finished downloading it and as soon as I go to log in it crashes. So I try again. And again. And again. Still f-ing crashes. Every. Single. Time. So how you gonna make an app so terrible? Just look at the other reviews. DONT DOWNLOAD

Love the app...needs and upgrade

I love my Amex Serve card. The app is a little outdated in my opinion. I would like the option to log in with TouchID and add the card to my Apple Wallet, I can have all my other credit cards on there, I want my Amex on there as well.
