When you click to add money with a debit card it goes to the tax refund page. Please fix, worked great before update.

After most recent update the app is now broken. Tapping on the add money, opens the link to Tax refund deposit screen. I am unable to add funds to Serve card. Previous versions of this app 4 out of 5 stars. Waiting for "Touch ID" and "ApplePay", to rate 5 out 5. Now the app is 2 stars for broken ability to add funds to card via the app.

Unable to Login with fingerprint. Unable to add money, always appear tax center display when trying to add money.

Latest update is the worst. Cant add money to my account and the Touch ID is always saying it can not verify my fingerprint. Every other app I use Touch ID for has no problem. Whats up, AMEX?

If youre only using it to buy things at stores then you shouldnt run into problems. If you need to transfer money from this card to another card then youre basically SOL because no other money service accepts it. Extremely frustrating. Also, the card cant be ran as debit so it cant be used to pay for certain bills.

Touch ID is not working on iPhone 5s

Every time I launch the app and try Touch-ID, it demands a password, and then "enables" Touch-ID. Next login, same routine. NOT cool, Fix this, please, Touch-ID should not have to be "turned on" each and every logon.

Good for quick transactions but lord forbid you ever have to call for a tech issue the phone lines are always "out of service" and hangs up
