The app needs better Touch ID support . The U/I needs an updated look . At times the app feels laggy . I would like to see better push notifications and or maybe a serve widget for iPhones that allows you to see the quick balance without logging in at all. I want a premium app with the premium service Im getting .

Everytime I download the app it says network error! Come on Serve get it together

Serves its purpose but would be nice if I could switch between two accounts. I refill my wifes card and mine. Hate that I have to log on to each every time

Where is the Apple Pay option? The app displays all the options available to card holders and has easy touch login but minus the Apple Pay option? Add Apple Pay and the app will be seamless great.

I like this app. Ive never had problems with it crashing or with the fingerprint reader. I notice some reviewers wish they could instantly see their balances. You can enable this feature inside the app settings. Once you set it up, you should see a sideways rain drop on the login screen in the bottom middle. You cant miss it. If you slide it, you can instantly see your balance. You can also set up email alerts that notify you when you have a low balance, will show you your daily balance, and lets you know when you get a deposit. Works good enough for me.

Horrible app, very limited information. This service is a glorified gift card with no features/reloading/direct deposit until you get the personalized card in 7-10 business days.

I use an iPhone 6s now but have used this phone on a 4, 4s, 5s, several androids and my current one. On every phone it has always been flawless. Zero issues about this app.

1. It forgets your password and fingerprint ID when it updates. 2. To send money you have to use a PIN......why???! You just had to put in a password to get in the app. 3. Add the PIN feature to use instead of the password to access the app. 4. 5 different screens to send Money.....really.......Make it all into 2 screens. One screen to create. One screen to confirm and send.

We need Apple Pay ASAP Thanks.

I have revised my review, to thank you for adding Touch ID -- BRAVO! Well done! Now make it pretty - its functional, but not yet pretty. You can do it! The SERVE service and app integration certainly deserves 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the app but I wish it had Apple Pay. I use Serve faithfully.

Touch ID is good so is the app. However its time to add the chip and Apple Pay/Wallet like your other cards.

Horrible app. Every time I try and deposit a check, it will not deposit. Totally ridiculous.

this app was GREAT. UNTIL IT WONT ALLOW ME TO SEND MONEY TO MY BOYFRIEND. i had no problem two days ago, NOW I CANT SEND HIM MONEY AT ALL

Although I would like to log on with my finger print (hopefully that will becoming soon along with access to Apple Pay) my main reason for this review is to report how disappointing Serves customer service is. Serve might be your least concerned with card but that doesnt excuse your employees attitude. I spoke with someone in a foreign country who sounded like she rather painting her nails then do her job. One time I called CS and spoke with a lady in the US she was fantastic! CS should be in the US AX
