Disappointing

Although I would like to log on with my finger print (hopefully that will becoming soon along with access to Apple Pay) my main reason for this review is to report how disappointing Serves customer service is. Serve might be your least concerned with card but that doesnt excuse your employees attitude. I spoke with someone in a foreign country who sounded like she rather painting her nails then do her job. One time I called CS and spoke with a lady in the US she was fantastic! CS should be in the US AX
