Bug Report-recent update broke app

After most recent update the app is now broken. Tapping on the add money, opens the link to Tax refund deposit screen. I am unable to add funds to Serve card.
Previous versions of this app 4 out of 5 stars.
Waiting for "Touch ID" and "ApplePay", to rate 5 out 5. Now the app is 2 stars for broken ability to add funds to card via the app.
