Brand new customer, and been a poor experience so far.
1) NO WAY TO CHAT OR EMAIL customer service.
2) 99% of the randomly generated phone calls are randomly serviced by a Manilla call center. Request for state-side support are denied.
3) While pretty sure I know the credentials to sign in, not working so go through the reset process. Reset accepts the password etc, but process eventually says something went wrong, try again. Rinse and repeat.
4) Wasted hours of life in the most basic of account setup/management. Still searching for us state side support number or email address. Anyone able to help?
5) Customer experience to date has been dismal. While we are pretty much at the bottom of the barrel and one would think it can only get better - American Express has made a pretty statement when the only way to communicate is through a tiring phone tree stuck in Manilla.
